About Dr. Saifollahi

Dr. Saifollahi, Psychiatrist and Neurologist in Battle Creek MI received his Bachelors of Science from Oklahoma State University in 1986 and his Medical Diploma from Spartan Health Sciences University in 1993. He completed his Postgraduate training in Psychiatry at Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies, Michigan State University. Dr. Saifollahi completed a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York City. He has published several articles and chapters on topics of depression, pain and psychiatric aspects of cancer. His expertise is focused on psycho-pharmacology, psychosomatic medicine and older adults. His primary interest is to provide psychiatric management in an acute care setting for persons in crisis. He is a member of American Medical Society, American Psychiatric Association and he is the Chair of Psychiatric Department at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital.
